Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
The claims process was straightforward. The processors needed more information and clarified what they expected without vague wording, leading to more time spent (as my friends are going through). I was able to get my claim settled weeks before the others. I appreciated the explanations for approval or denial as we went along.
After seeing how other insurance companies handle claims, I will use Seven Corners for all my future insurance needs.
Efficient, thorough and fast resolution.
Easy to purchase. Great coverage. Travel went smootly, so no need to file a claim. Good to have when traveling because you never know what obstacles might interrupt your vacation plans.
I found our website, finally a claim confusing. I had not finished my claim tried to come back to it, but could not find it in process. I therefore started a new claim, so then I had multiple claims process. I attached information we received emails requesting the same information again. I am now waiting, you have everything required to process my claim .
2 people on this policy have a claim
Very easy to deal with
Everything worked well in the end. Initially, I had wondered if my claim was for something that was covered by the insurance. When I asked I was told that they could not tell me and I would have to send the claim in. There were a lot of paperwork that had to be gathered, which was fine. But it was not fine if the claim had been denied on the basis that a doctor's visit was not covered. I would think the customer service rep ought to be able to answer that question along with the detail would have to be sent in.
Very confusing. Not helpful. I gave up even considering medical treatment due to lack of clarity of policy and inability to get questions answered while traveling. I gutted it out with broken leg and had surgery yesterday at home. Won’t be using this company again.
They are worst company to deal with. Customer service representatives are rude and would not help me.
They denied my claims, never notified me on my $235 claim, no reason why. They kept asking for information, kept telling me they work working on it. Then nothing.
Please contact them. I will be filing a complaint with my state insurance agency about the way Seven Corners does business.
Thank You

Our experience was good with Seven Corners,
There were many trip interruptions caused primarily by the airlines.
It made for a difficult trip. We intend to file a claim.
