Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Seven Corners Customer Service responded to my emailed questions promptly and professionally. Although I did not need to file a claim, I think it would have been a straightforward process based on my interactions with Seven Corners staff. I intend to purchase future travel insurance policies from Seven Corners as the coverage met my needs at a reasonable cost.
I had several questions and I was able to get a hold of a live representative, who spoke English well, and she answered all of my questions. Thank you.
Hard to negotiate without help from your customer service; however, the customer service attendant was great - he did a good job of helping us. Thought the price was very high - $600 for a ten-day trip.
Yes, we had some minor injuries on our vacation. We learned, upon contacting 7 Corners that we did not meet the very narrow specifications to receive any benefits.
I would decline to buy insurance from them again.
It does also reflect poorly on Squaremouth because I trusted you to offer reasonable policies by reasonable companies.
I was on a 6 week holiday to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, when I realised I hadn’t identified the last 2 countries in my insurance. It was a quick call to get the policy updated. Just knowing I had insurance was definitely peace of mind!
Writing this on behalf my mother. She purchased a policy that should cover trip cancellation for illness from Seven Corners. She got COVID and has a memo from her doctor and the invoice for a non-refundable Air Canada ticket. I helped her send in those documents to the insurance and received a reply that they need a cancellation statement from Air Canada. Air Canada refuses to send one since she was a no show. My mother wasn’t thinking right and does have dementia and yes she did not officially cancel. So Air Canada keeps her money to include the taxes they should refund and the insurance refuses to pay. Were talking about $400 but buyer beware that it isn’t easy to claim if you have an issue and maybe they take advantage of elderly.
After I filed my minor ($150) medical claim application with supporting attachments, they asked for information already explained and provided. However, when I responded with further explanation, they approved the claim in a timely manner. I would use Seven Corners again.
It gave me piece of mind to have the Squaremouth travel insurance, due to our trip across the Atlantic, should problems arise. The customer Service help was superb.
My bag was delayed. They won't pay out. It's ridiculous. They won't talk about it on the phone. Just DENY! Don't use 7 corners
My claim is still under review. Can’t provide any experience feedback until my claim is closed.

Per the underwriter, I must provide receipts to receive reimbursement. But due to the remote location I traveled, there’s no big establishments. So there’s no receipts provided. Everything is transacted in cash only. I’m disappointed and feel that I paid the insurance coverage for nothing. Useless
