You never got back to me on my claim
Claim was handled within 2 weeks of submitting the required forms.
So far so good but they have raised some trust issues. After I submitted all information regarding my claim, which surrounds a two day delay due to technical issues and weather issues flying from MGA to MIA on June 12, where I actually only arrived home late evening on June 14, they have requested re-submission of evidence and actual credit card statements (which I consider to be private, they have the receipts of payment) proving I actually paid. As such I felt compelled to add ALL associated losses, such as food and beverage bills, to the claim and now we will see how they respond and test the integrity of their good name. I'll let you know in four weeks when you ask me again.

Easy process, covered expenses accepted without difficulty, in a timely manner. Thank you. I will certainly use this company again for my travel insurance insurance needs.
Easy to purchase and comprehensive
Good price and helpful, and put the information in my wallet on my phone
Seven Corners asked for more and more information. I sent them everything, but they wanted more. I was unable to fly because my leg went completely numb. I sent then the doctor's analysis after spending 2 days in the hospital for a MRI and a Catscan. Not enough to get the refunds requested.
When I purchased the policy I was uncertain of my return date and the Seven Corners representative I talked with said I could easily just call in and arrange an extension if my trip was going to last longer. When I did so, I was told they had made a mistake and that they would not allow an extension from outside the US ... this left me scrambling to find coverage from another company. Square Mouth rep was sympathetic but unable to help me other than offerring a few companies I could try.
i have used Seven /Corners a number of times. I have had very positive advice and results each time. Vey happy. Would use them again
Very dissapointed with my claim experience, which really is the most important way to judge an insurance company. Very, very slow and many unexplained delays, even after they had all necessary documents. Claim form submitted with documentation but it took almost five months for them to cut a check for my full claim. My "cancel for any reason" claim was very straightforward and they had no objections. Copying Squaremouth on my follow up emails to Seven Corners seemed to help. My experience was surprising because I had a policy from Seven Corners at the start of Covid and they were very responsive, and paid the claim quickly with no issues, which is why I purchased another policy from them. I would not purchase from them again.
Our flight was canceled and we have insurance yet y’all would give us our money back from the cruise make it make sense
