I was told I would be contacted every 15 days regarding the progress of my claim. I have not heard anything. If my claim was denied, why did they sell the insurance to me. I should at least get the money back for my insurance.
I had to change our trip dates - and our insurance - at the last minute and customer service was excellent in making that happen because the deadline for changing fell on a weekend. Highest recommendation.
Seven Corners is a horrible company to deal with they ask for unreasonable documentation in their claims. We forsee a long drug out battle ahead for a reimbursement under $100. It shouldn't be this hard.
Seven Corners has been excellent so far. After I fractured my leg they got me home in a timely manner. I am still dealing with Seven Corners to get reimbursed for my non refundable hotel days that were not used.

I was very skeptical of travellers' insurance and only really needed the health care coverage, especially if I were in a bad car accident during my 3,000 mile driving trip over two months. I ended up needing some health care, especially radiology/imaging when I apparently injured my back.
The Mexican-border town had low rates for cash clients, which I appreciated. In exchange, I had some pretty flimsy looking receipts, like a cash register receipt for the big ticket scans.
I sent the first batch to Seven Corners and before I knew it I had a check! I was able to get a second scan at the last minute, which I also sent to Seven Corners and voila, a check appeared.
This is how things are supposed to work! But nothing works like this.

Phone assistance while we were dealing with medical issues in Dominican Republic was EXCELLENT. Truly appreciated their time and patience.
Filing a claim has been less fun. Started online, then paused so collect information and credit card statement. Tried to start claim back up and got partially further, then wouldn't let me advance. Started a chat with rep and their suggestions were no help, so had to delete and start over. Now even though I've submitted a claim and am getting template emails from you about it, it is not showing in my account. There is a claim that can be Resumed (which I assume is the one that was deleted) but the completed claim isn't showing.

This was the first time we've ever purchased any kind of travel insurance. It was recommended to us by our family physician during our pre-international travel consultation. He personally uses SquareMouth and gave us the link. Wow -- we are so happy with the coverage, the service, and the professionalism of the Seven Corners staff. They answered our call from the emergency room and guided us through what we would need to process a claim, what to expect, etc. Then, when we needed answers to questions about a possible delay in our return, they opened our policy and walked us through everything. It was such a relief to know that good help and policy coverage was there to get us through a scary time.
Filing the claim online had a technical glitch, but the team was there to help and continued to work on it until it was resolved. Communication about where the claim status, questions, or more documentation needed was clear and promptly acknowledged. Auto-generated email updates every 2 weeks were greatly appreciated, especially after the glitch. We received the full payment within 30 days of submitting.
We HIGHLY recommend Squaremouth & Seven Corners to anyone travelling internationally.
