Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Luckily, I didn't need to use the policy, so it's probably unfair to give any rating. It was easy to deal with Squaremouth; customer service was courteous and efficient when I bought the policy; I just wish it hadn't cost so much. Unfortunately, the tour company didn't offer cancel for any reason insurance through its relationship with Allianz, so I had to go into the marketplace at individual rates, which is always higher.
Hopefully, I will not need to do this again.
Much difficulty with NCL and American Airlines. Lost a whole day and a half getting to Paris, due to 2 ttight of schedule by NCL uas well as poor weather. We never did get the 2 days we were supposed to get in Paris and most of it had been prepaid.

If they planned to deny our
Claim saying it did not meet the requirements why did it take 2 months? Should have known it from the unset of our claim.
Hate to burst your bubble but 7 corners sucks big time.
CS rep was kind & professional. All of my questions were answered. This insurance gave me peace of mind while traveling abroad.
The Seven Corners claim procedure is complicated, and the forms are hard to decipher as there is no obvious place to click to enter information. It took me about 2.5 hours to complete my claim. I had to go back and fill in my information several times as it would freeze. Very annoying and time-consuming.
I used an on line chat to help navigate the claim. She erroneously told me that my issue was not covered, so I read her my coverage plan. She said she was looking at the wrong trip (huh? my last insurance with them was in 2016!) and it was covered after all. Without my persistence I would not have filed the claim. She seemed incompetent, or else she was trained to try to get people to not file a claim.
My claim was for missed accommodations and tours due to a canceled flight in Zambia, not a large claim.
I filed a claim; and had to deal with customer service for follow up. There was total lack of communication, lack of organization from more than one person. The end report was totally incorrect. I had a sigmoid -- ectomy--- with a large potion of my bowel removed, not oscopy- and a recent silent MI . For health reasons I wanted to cancel the trip and for many reasons it was declined by this company. I could go on, and into further details, but it's not worth the time and aggravation.
Agents and service personnel were very nice and helpful in arranging for coverage
We changed our destination country(s), and I called to check that it was permissible. No problem!
The difference between Primary and Secondary Coverage is key. Also, read reviews before you purchase.
The online claim form is problematic. I got all the way to the end and the Signature Authorization page wouldn't come up. This was very frustrating, and the ChatBox was no help at all! Your customer service agent explained that I needed to remove all the attachments and then try again. It did work that time but then I had to send a separate email with the attachments. This seems like something your IT Dept should be able to fix.
I appreciate that Seven Corners had a helpful customer service person who seemed to know what was going on and was able to handle the problem in a speedy and efficient manner. I also appreciate that I didn't have to wait a long time on the phone to talk with the customer service agent.
SevenCorners waited weeks for a seasonal sale to pay out a proportionally reduced replacement rate.
