They also let me know that I could add some insurance for car rental with an additional fee, so I did that. A positive experience.

ACCORDING TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DECEMBER WE WERE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND. WE'VE USED YOU ON ALL OUR TRIPS BUT WILL NOT AGAIN. WE'V RECOMMENDED YOU MANY TIMES BUT NOT WE WILL NOT.
