I called the company, but the number provided for worldwide service did not have an english speaking operator. It did not function properly. I will not buy this insurance again
Our claim was submitted with Val Garn and Steve Garn. We are waiting for results. Thank you very much John Garn.
I needed a doctor during my recent trip to Italy. I had great difficulty contacting you through the phone numbers provided. My calls did not go through. Fortunately, I got the help I needed from a local Italian.
I just had to change a date on my policy and had no problems doing so. The procedure was seamless.
Submitted claim, heard nothing for over a week, called and learned that no one would look at the claim for at least 30 days as that far behind. This is unacceptable in my opinion.
Then, learned when talking to the agent that shared this with me that I checked the wrong box for the claim and that I needed to check a box that said I retuned from my trip due to a disruption. What gives? No option for the real reason for my claim. And then needing to wait for a month for anyone to review. And who knows then how long I will need to wait for resolution.
I would not buy another policy given this poor response to a claim.
Process was easy. Terms clear, with ample selections. Spoke with a representative for date clarification once.
Thankfully our trip did not require any assistance. Would definitely use Seven Corners again.
I had no problem finding and comparing travel insurers on the web site, and purchased one that seemed to have reasonable coverage at a fair price. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to our dog developing a serious illness/injury. We had to return home to Seattle from the Pacific coast because we could not get in to see any veterinarians anywhere near where we were vacationing. I spoke with an insurance representative upon my return, who informed me that a pet's illness would not qualify for a trip interruption insurance claim under the policy I had purchased. This didn't really surprise me, although I obviously would have preferred it had this circumstance been covered. Based on the information from the representative, I didn't bother to submit a claim.
Claim was not filed so am not able to comment on rating Seven Corners providing coverage if a claim is filed. Applying for travel insurance with SC was fairly easy and the premium was reasonable
i fill out claim but it continuously said the information was incorrect
Fortunately we had no need for this policy but was happy to have it in case we needed it.
