The staff member that I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions about the insurance coverage. She was also great at correcting (my fault) the dates of travel before we left on our trip to Canada. I am grateful for her knowledge and professionalism.

I have submitted a claim with Seven Corners a week ago and am still awaiting response.
They eventually came through with the money they owed us but every time they had to come back to me with a question set the process back another month. I did make a couple of small mistakes when I made the claim but one of them was a typo worth $20. They also said that they didn't have some of the documents that I had definitely sent them so I had to send them again, and wait yet another month.
I’d gotten to the date wrong on the policy. Customer service was easy to reach and they change the date on the policy for no extra charge. We are back from our three week vacation. We did not need to file a claim, thankfully Very happy with her service.
Cruise operate (Viking) has changed their covid protocol. We contracted Covid while on the ship and staff did absolutely nothing to take care of us. I do not think there is any claim justification with Seven Corners, but beware of tour operators changing their cover protocol!
I paid 1K to seven corners for trip insurance and it did not cover my missed hotel/tour due to a missed connection flight on behalf of British Airways. Why did I even purchase trip insurance - what a waste of my valuable money!
In addition, I had to call customer service after 4 weeks and the agent had to escalate my claim as it passed its SLA.
I'm not going to recommend trip insurance from seven corners to any of my friends or social media.

The customer service staff answers the phone promptly and provided clear and thorough responses. Your insurance carriers are strong 'A' rated companies.
