    The cost was reasonable. Called after trip to get claim information and customer service person was very helpful.
    Claim submitted now waiting for response. If this goes well I will use this insurance again so far a very easy process.

    terrific experience . short wait on phone to speak with a rep . rep was knowledgeable and understood my needs and offered a policy that was comprehensible and affordable.

    in a time where other providers price insurance based on cost of the trip , i only needed to pay for blanket coverage based on our age and length of travel.

    5 star experience.

    Hugely disappointed with this travel insurance company. I bought it because it was highly rated on Squaremouth but I didn't read the actual comments in the reviews. I should have. Yes, easy to buy, but of course everything is easy to purchase when a company wants to sell you something. When I got sick and couldn't travel, and submitted a claim, every experience from that moment on has been deeply unsatisfactory. First no communication at all from the company. When I called weeks later to see what's going on with the claim they told me they needed additional information which simply isn't available. I gave them all the information I had and it should be more than sufficient to process the claim. This is a stereotypical insurance company---happy to take your money but then creates impossible hurdles to overcome to actually make good on the promise they made when you bought the insurance to begin with. Will not be shopping with them again and highly recommend that anyone else looking for travel insurance look elsewhere.

    This is still in beginning phase. I am seeing surgeon today and will know more later. In the meantime, Seven Corners has been there and been very helpful.

    I am not happy with the evaluation of the DELAY concept - when in fact a Common Delay of over 1 hr caused a MISSED Flight connection for 2 days - yet that concept is not covered in any of the clauses - Very Sad that the customer spent $$ on Insurance... $$ on Hotel 2 night stays for missed flight.. the CUSTOMER was out $$ on both ends due to the evaluation of DELAY -

    I will not advice friends to purchase insurance through you.. I myself will not purchase another trip insurance through you..

    Baggage was delayed/lost. I reached out to Seven Corners to start the claim process. To date, no decision has been made. I had to purchase replacement clothing & necessities on my own out of pocket. I was also informed that if the baggage was lost the insurance was secondary coverage & that the airline would have to provide any monetary coverage for a lost bag.

    In all my years of travel, I have never heard of lost baggage insurance being secondary. No one on my trip had secondary insurance for a lost bag. I think this should be highlighted because until I contacted 7 corners I had no idea.

    The ordering of the insurance was fantastic, however due to my having E.Coli and C.Coli, I was unable to make the trip. I had to endure the terrible medical condition I was in and had to cancel my plans for seeing my niece's wedding. I have to say that I sent the claim information to the company and have yet to receive any type of response from them. I have to say that my next trip I will not be ordering this trip insurance from therm.

    Thank you for having someone contact me the last time I took the survey. I was finally able to be in contact with someone and they were good at getting to the issue. However, in the meantime I was able to receive my money back from all of my travel plans. Thank you again for your help in this matter.
