We have had very good experience with Seven Corners. Customer service has answered any questions we have had easily. We will definitely use Seven Corners again in the future.
Easy to arrange. Needed to make a change to dates travel; that was done fairly painlessly. An improvement might be to show trip dates iin addition to date of purchase through end of trip (for medical only where cancellation is not an option.)

Brtish Air lost our luggage on the departure leg of the flight. Had no luggage on cruise for the first 6 days. They finally found and delivered 1 bag on the 7th day. They have never found/ delivered the second bag at this time. Waiting for them to finish their search. Depending on BA I may file a claim at that time. Would rather have my luggage back. We had to send 750 dollars for basic clothing. Talked to BA and i should no the outcome in the next 7 days.
I viewed travel and medical plans online. Then called and spoke with a representative who helped answer my questions and clarified items for understanding with me. The rep answered phone and was Knowledgeable and had patiences.
I then picked a plan and purchased it on line. Great trip.
Unable to reach you from emergency treatment center when needed. The AI bot was worthless
