Seven Corners is our Go-To Travel Insurance. We have had to make (2) claims in 7 years. Once, because of a death in family 2 days into a 7 day cruise. I submitted the paperwork for the claim. And recently a cruise arrived 4 hrs late missing our flights. On the 1st claim, (SC) reimbursed us for unused portion of cruise, taxi’s, flights. On the 2nd claim (SC) Reimbursed us Hotel, (2) transfers, and meal. I give (SC) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchasing the travel policy was easy. I found all the information I needed on-line. The ability to compare policies is a good feature. I particularly appreciated the ability to find policies that cover medical emergencies while traveling that aren't bundled with other travel insurance feafures such as trip cancellation and trip delay.
During our trip to visit family in Costa Rica it became necessary for me to see a doctor for a nasty lingering cough that began Christmas weekend. It wasn't Covid, but we wanted to rule out pneumonia and other issues. The medical facility and doctor provided me with detailed reports and receipts which I submitted to Seven Corners upon our return to the U.S. Within two weeks Seven Corners reimbursed me to the penny for all those expenses. I was very pleased and thankful. I will use Seven Corners in the future.
There was no feedback from Seven Corners regarding my claim after I submitted it.
The claim was denied but I only found that when I logged into their website. Per their email, they'd be communicating every 14 days with the claim status - I filed on Jan 6 2023 and got the initial claim email on that date but I never received anything from them after that.
There's no details on why the claim was denied and the chat support is unavailable.
In future, I'll avoid Seven Corners given their lack of support and communication regarding my claim.

Very difficult to make a claim. My son was unwell and needed to see a doctor for antibiotics. The process of filing of claim was very difficult.
I was so happy to have this insurance for my peace of mind. Happy I did not have to use it. I Will definitely buy it again for every time I take a cruise.
I used the WhatsApp support channel. The agent, while polite, was clearly handling multiple cases at once. He often called me the wrong name, referred to details that were not in my case, and appeared to have a language barrier. I worry about what portions of my case he may have inadvertently told others. I will not be purchasing from Seven Corners again.
