Although I did not need to submit a claim, I wasn't sure how to do it if I did.
What would I do if I went to the hospital? Had an excursion cancelled? Had to come home early?
It would be nice if on your website you had a simple click and get help information.
I hope it will be a positive experience filing a claim. So far, when trying to reach an agent online, I was just told to hold and no agent ever came to the chat. I was also told after filing, that I would get an email confirming the filing, which I did not receive.
Customer service was very helpful and professional when I called. However, to file my claims on line was a little difficult, the claim would usually not go through because of the website would not recognize the names or another smalll detail. It was frustrating and annoying. Also, I’ve never got an email confirming that the claims were received and nothing shows on line when I log in.
I submitted claim information 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything.
one prescription not reimbursed with no explanation as to why. No feedback after filing the claim but most of it was paid.
My questions were answered promptly and customer service was excellent.
We had to cancel our cruise because my wife needed to have a total knee replacement during the time period that the cruise would be occurring. We filed all the necessary papers that Seven Corners asked us for, and then they delayed and obfuscated. They asked for the same documentation several times which I resent tho them and still no positive response from them. The last time I had to submit the documentation was this past week and I was told it will take 30 to 40 more days for an examiner to make a decision. There is nothing wrong with my documentation, but there is definitely something wrong with Seven Corners. Once this is all over, I will undoubtedly tell the 1500+ members in the Facebook group dealing with VantageTravel of my experience. This Facebook group no longer will have anything to do with Allianz Insurance because of the fraud that they perpetrated along with VantageTravel. Now, perhaps Seven Corners can join the negative publicity.
