Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
I canceled the policy directly with Seven Corners before we went on our trip, on the last day of the free cancellation period. Seven Corners was very nice, in fact they are the ones who reminded me we could do that. I have used Seven Corners before, and the customer service is very client friendly.
During my call to customer service, my questions were answered and all necessary information was received. I appreciated the representative's offer to email me all the necessary documents (rather than searching/downloading from the website.
I submitted my claim material, and was sent a confirmation of receipt. Am currently awaiting processing.

They were good at communicating what I needed to provide to process the claim. My claim was processed within 8-weeks, start to finish.
So far I am very happy with this Company. Prior to my departure I increased my coverage. While I was on my vacation my baggage was lost/delayed for (4) days. I am requesting $350.00 in compensation for items that I purchased prior to receiving my delayed/lost baggage. I filed the claim today 8/2/23. I also referred this Seven Corners to my Sister and her Husband just TODAY; who are leaving on a future European trip. I used this same Company for a trip earlier this year to the Bonaire but did not need to file a claim. I am hoping all goes smoothly. Thank you for your follow-up and I will let you know how it turns out! And thank you for your reference of Seven Corners!
Regards,
Cathleen
The insurance company did not contact me via email, phone, or postage to let me the know the status of my claim or why it was denied. There is no information on the website as to why it was denied. If they choose to deny, they must provide an explanation.
Easy process with good customer service.

The whole process was handled online, and they paid the claim as covered in the policy. There were no issues except it seemed to take a little longer than expected. Overall a good experience.
I have used your service twice now and have been completely satisfied.
I be so ill on a weekend and it was extremely frustrating not being able to reach anyone about my benefits. I ended up not needy
Education treatment or having to make changes to my itinerary
Took a couple of tries to make sure the names on the coverage matched our passports, but they did get it right before we left.
My luggage was delayed 4 days on my trip to Spain. I called Seven Corners for assistance, and spoke with a customer service agent named Janetta Wade. Janetta was very helpful in providing me with information on my coverage and how to start a claim.

The claim process was handled easily, and Seven Corners was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I will use them again in the future, and recommend the company to friends.
Seven Corners was fine, but it was a bit cumbersome to add additional amounts. to my cancel-for-any-reason policy. With other carriers, it has been a more streamlined process. When I contacted them by phone, however, they were very helpful. I would rate my overall experience with Seven Corners as positive.
