Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Seven Corners was fine, but it was a bit cumbersome to add additional amounts. to my cancel-for-any-reason policy. With other carriers, it has been a more streamlined process. When I contacted them by phone, however, they were very helpful. I would rate my overall experience with Seven Corners as positive.
Had a flight delay which caused a missed connection, and an unintended stay in the connecting city (London). Tried to reach "24 hour customer assistance" only to find out they only operated during normal business hours in the United States, so that when I attempted to contact them at 6am in Istanbul, I found out that they wouldn't open for 8 hours. When I was finally contacted, it was too late to do anything. I resent the advertisement about 24 hour customer assistance which is simply untrue.
Helpful dialog with agent over WhatsApp, in regards to a cancelled return flight. Filed a claim upon my return, 2 weeks ago, and the procedure seemed straightforward, am currently awaiting a response.
I had to adjust my trip length and coverage which was an easy experience with customer service. I thought it might be difficult but it was friendly and easy to do. Made me feel more comfortable with my trip! Customer service was great!
Very helpful, but have not had any feedback on my claim. Waiting to hear back.
I made contact early on Sunday morning, June 25 for guidance and how to proceed. We lost our airline reservations and had to incur a hotel bill and dinner that evening before being able to secure an alternate flight out of Fort Lauderdale the following day. Now I realize this was early on a Sunday morning, and the “A-Team” was probably not on duty. Since I was in an environment where accessing the Internet was extremely challenging, I was hopeful Squaremouth would have been able to assist with new arrangements, but I was told this was not part of the coverage. However, I believe I left my name and contact number with the person who answered the call and I was waiting for a callback on Monday, June 26, unfortunately, I never received a call. The claim is in process and I’ll be more than happy to discuss it with you further after the insurance company has made a decision.
last leg of our air travel was canceled so we intend to file a claim after we hear from United about a refund for this flight
So far, so good. Good customer service.
Generally it was straightforward, and appeared to cover all the exigencies that could cause cancellation. I did have some questions for which I called the office and the young man who helped me was courteous, insightful, and well-versed in the travel details, and that was quite a comfort.
I only had one brief interaction with customer service when it became apparent that my return flight would span 2 days, thus requiring me to extend my coverage to that second day of travel. They handled it no problem and at no charge. Will use them again!
