Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Did not resolve in a timely fashion. Had medical reasons that I could not travel and they did not honor it despite having a filled out Physician's statement.
They contacted me every two weeks to let me know where they were in the process. I was paid the amount that I submitted and it was within a reasonable about of time. I'm very happy with the process and would purchase insurance from them again. Good job!
I'm impressed with Seven Corners customer service, they respond promptly, answer all questions with patience and are very friendly.
Claim still not resilved after 2 months. Tooknthem 6 weeks to saybthey needed more infor.ation. they received it Dec 1st and are now.telling menitnwillbtake an additional.30 days minimum while they review.
We did file a claim with Seven Corners upon our return from trip.
Clam involved damage to one of our suitcases when transferred from crise ship to terminal to be picked up. We were driving home.
Entire frame was bent beyond repair and as a result, 2 wheels were bent, making it almost impossible to pull.
The suitcase was appoximat4ely 2-3 years old and was chased for approximately $249.00.
As if cannot be repaired, we are requesting $100.00 reimbursement in order to purchase a replacement.
Thank you.

Reviews found online convinced me that quality of service was high and insurance reliable.
Purchasing the plan was easy. Unfortunately after the October attack on Israel flights to Israel from RDU were cancelled so three days before we were suppose to leave we had no way to get there. I filed a claim thinking I would be covered but found out I was not because it was not a level 4 alert. (It was level 3) We are in the process of appealing the claim. We will see where it goes. I would not purchase from Seven Corners again they have loop holes for themselves to get out of paying cancellation claims at least on terrorist and flights are concerned
Called them to correct a name on the policy. They were very helpful and got everything corrected promptly.
As of the date, I would say your service has been mediocre. I would recommend your company to others because of the wide range of coverage that your policy offers.
Seven Corners requested receipts/travel documents from us (four travelers), and we provided all of them in a timely manner. They are confused about a certain amount, and have asked us to explain and re-submit the documents. Both have been done. So, I requested a three-way call between myself (the lead traveler), one of the travelers in our group, and a Seven Corners rep. Someone called, but had no idea what our claim was about. She said she would forward my message. Since then, the only response I received was an email stating they've closed the claim. Our claim was from our trip back in October 2023. It is now nearly April 2024.
