I am not happy with the evaluation of the DELAY concept - when in fact a Common Delay of over 1 hr caused a MISSED Flight connection for 2 days - yet that concept is not covered in any of the clauses - Very Sad that the customer spent $$ on Insurance... $$ on Hotel 2 night stays for missed flight.. the CUSTOMER was out $$ on both ends due to the evaluation of DELAY -

I was very pleased with my interaction with customer service. When I contacted them with questions concerning my coverage, they were very prompt in responding and answering all my questions.
Baggage was delayed/lost. I reached out to Seven Corners to start the claim process. To date, no decision has been made. I had to purchase replacement clothing & necessities on my own out of pocket. I was also informed that if the baggage was lost the insurance was secondary coverage & that the airline would have to provide any monetary coverage for a lost bag.
In all my years of travel, I have never heard of lost baggage insurance being secondary. No one on my trip had secondary insurance for a lost bag. I think this should be highlighted because until I contacted 7 corners I had no idea.
The ordering of the insurance was fantastic, however due to my having E.Coli and C.Coli, I was unable to make the trip. I had to endure the terrible medical condition I was in and had to cancel my plans for seeing my niece's wedding. I have to say that I sent the claim information to the company and have yet to receive any type of response from them. I have to say that my next trip I will not be ordering this trip insurance from therm.

Thank you for having someone contact me the last time I took the survey. I was finally able to be in contact with someone and they were good at getting to the issue. However, in the meantime I was able to receive my money back from all of my travel plans. Thank you again for your help in this matter.
It was very easy to purchase trip insurance got medical and evacuation coverage only. Since I have no reason to file a claim, I happily have no idea how easy it would be to work with the company to be compensated. Buying was easy, though.

We have had very good experience with Seven Corners. Customer service has answered any questions we have had easily. We will definitely use Seven Corners again in the future.
Easy to arrange. Needed to make a change to dates travel; that was done fairly painlessly. An improvement might be to show trip dates iin addition to date of purchase through end of trip (for medical only where cancellation is not an option.)
We have provided them with our claim information.Hopefully they have everything they need and it will be resolved soon.
