Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Generally it was straightforward, and appeared to cover all the exigencies that could cause cancellation. I did have some questions for which I called the office and the young man who helped me was courteous, insightful, and well-versed in the travel details, and that was quite a comfort.
I only had one brief interaction with customer service when it became apparent that my return flight would span 2 days, thus requiring me to extend my coverage to that second day of travel. They handled it no problem and at no charge. Will use them again!
I was unable to travel due to an unexpected emergency illness which resulted in a hospital admission a couple of weeks before our trip. The insurance claim was easy to file online and I was able to upload all of the required information and documents. The response was very expedient. I was pleased to receive a full refund, although so very disappointed to miss our vacation.
The guy I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and extremely nice
It was a simple filing for insurance and was quite easily acccomplished
I wanted very specific coverage for a multi-week, multi-country trip. The guidance I received was excellent!
No claims, no issues.
The customer service person I spoke with, was excellent and very helpful
I had an accident at home a week before our scheduled departure on the trip that I had insured with Seven Corners. As a result of my injury and the need for follow-up treatment, it was necessary to cancel our participation in the expedition. I notified Seven Corners immediately and provided all the documentation they required, but I am still waiting for their response regarding my claim. The accident occurred on March 8, 2023, and I began the claim process on March 9th. On May 1st, I received an email from the Seven Corners Escalation team indicating that my claim had been escalated, but I am still awaiting their decision.

I am satisfied with the outcome, as I was reimbursed the total cost of the trip which we had paid to the tour company. I was dissatisfied with the timeliness and lack of communication during the claim process. I filed the claim on the day following my accident which led to our needing to cancel the trip. I provided all the documentation as soon as it was requested. I thought the claim would be settled in about 6 weeks, but it took 4 months. When I did receive an email from the claims department indicating that resolution would be forthcoming, it always took much longer than they had promised that it would. I followed up twice - first by email and then by phone. It was not until after I had contacted Squaremouth relative to this matter that I received the check from Seven Corners.
I have used Seven Corners on several cruises and had to reschedule trips a couple of times. They were very accommodating in switching the insurance to the new schedule. Although I have never made a claim, I am very happy with their before-trip services Thank you Seven Corners.
