Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Disappointed that I was not informed at time of claim that they would not cover my missed one night stay due to airline delay. The question was asked initially if I was looking to cover this expense. I replied yes.
I jumped thru hoops to obtain letter from airlines only for the expense to be denied.
Seven Corners is exceedingly slow in communicating, if they communicate at all.
They want all claims to be filed on PDF, but want all detailed information about the original transactions, email communications, airline notifications, etc to be included in the filing. I find this hard to cobble together and prefer to send all data to their email address.
They want me to create an account on their website. I don't want to.
To date - it's been five days now - I have yet to receive communications that they received my claim.
I find Seven Corners to be amateur organization.

Once documentation was provided to them, the refund process went smoothly.
It is easy to evaluate Trip Insurance and Seven Corners came up as the most economical insurance for our needs.
It gave me peace of mind to purchase a policy that covered many possibilities that could derail our trip. Fortunately, things went smoothly and we didn’t need to make a claim, but one never knows, so we will continue to use them.
I was locked out of my rental apartment as the inside key was in the lock and one could not open the door with the second key from the outside; french armored door!
Your policy did not cover locksmith fee which was 300 euros!
No comments at this time except customer service representative helped me finish filing claim.
