Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
I purchased travel insurance on May 9th went into effect on May 10th my husband had pre existing condition Seven Corners denied my claim we were unable to take out cruise due to him not being able to travel. They denied my claim because they said the next cruise coupon through NCL cannot be used as a deposit even though you pay for the Next Cruise Coupon ahead of time and they said my deposit was on June 18th and I had 20 days after that to purchase travel insurance.
I also had purchased cancel for any reason was denied that as well.
I currently wrote an appeal and am waiting to hear back from Seven Corners. Personally this to me I feel like I was scammed.

They first denied my claim because they tried to say I didn't pay for the next cruise voucher and denied due to medical and cancel for any reason.
I had to due an appeal letter and the. finally was approved for 1633.00 after an appeal. My spouse passed away prior to my trip. In a time when a person has a difficult time it should not be hard to get a claim paid.
Smooth sailing
The process was simple, and I was able to be reimbursed for my damaged luggage. I didn't need anything else, but it was nice to know I had the options, especially since my father passed away during the trip and I had the choice of what to do and if it would impact those I was traveling with.
It was very easy to get a policy to cover any unforeseen accidents or health issues on our European vacation, and very glad to not have to take advantage of the policy.
We knew that other demands might prevent us from making the trip, so we chose the 'cancel for any reason' policy. Less than a week before departure, it became apparent we couldn't travel, so we canceled the flight, filed the claim and submitted documentation of the cancelation. Seven Corners refunded 75% of the airfare, per the terms of the policy, within a few days. Very satisfied with Seven Corners and Squaremouth.
I have never purchased insurance through SquareMouth or purchased insurance from Seven Corners. When I purchased my coverage I was confused by the term "Plan: Cruise". I purchased the insurance for a business trip, not a cruise. I asked Customer Service if this was acceptable coverage for a business trip, and they replied "Yes". This was, in my view, an unnecessary confusion to the customer.
The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful.
Smooth, complete and affordable.
Interacting with Square Mouth was excellent, copies of the policy were complete and provided in a a timely manner. I had problems contacting Customer Service while overseas which could have been related to phone coverage as I could not connect with a representative.
