Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
I submitted claim information 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything.
one prescription not reimbursed with no explanation as to why. No feedback after filing the claim but most of it was paid.
My questions were answered promptly and customer service was excellent.
We had to cancel our cruise because my wife needed to have a total knee replacement during the time period that the cruise would be occurring. We filed all the necessary papers that Seven Corners asked us for, and then they delayed and obfuscated. They asked for the same documentation several times which I resent tho them and still no positive response from them. The last time I had to submit the documentation was this past week and I was told it will take 30 to 40 more days for an examiner to make a decision. There is nothing wrong with my documentation, but there is definitely something wrong with Seven Corners. Once this is all over, I will undoubtedly tell the 1500+ members in the Facebook group dealing with VantageTravel of my experience. This Facebook group no longer will have anything to do with Allianz Insurance because of the fraud that they perpetrated along with VantageTravel. Now, perhaps Seven Corners can join the negative publicity.
I canceled the policy directly with Seven Corners before we went on our trip, on the last day of the free cancellation period. Seven Corners was very nice, in fact they are the ones who reminded me we could do that. I have used Seven Corners before, and the customer service is very client friendly.
During my call to customer service, my questions were answered and all necessary information was received. I appreciated the representative's offer to email me all the necessary documents (rather than searching/downloading from the website.
I submitted my claim material, and was sent a confirmation of receipt. Am currently awaiting processing.

They were good at communicating what I needed to provide to process the claim. My claim was processed within 8-weeks, start to finish.
So far I am very happy with this Company. Prior to my departure I increased my coverage. While I was on my vacation my baggage was lost/delayed for (4) days. I am requesting $350.00 in compensation for items that I purchased prior to receiving my delayed/lost baggage. I filed the claim today 8/2/23. I also referred this Seven Corners to my Sister and her Husband just TODAY; who are leaving on a future European trip. I used this same Company for a trip earlier this year to the Bonaire but did not need to file a claim. I am hoping all goes smoothly. Thank you for your follow-up and I will let you know how it turns out! And thank you for your reference of Seven Corners!
Regards,
Cathleen
The insurance company did not contact me via email, phone, or postage to let me the know the status of my claim or why it was denied. There is no information on the website as to why it was denied. If they choose to deny, they must provide an explanation.
Easy process with good customer service.

The whole process was handled online, and they paid the claim as covered in the policy. There were no issues except it seemed to take a little longer than expected. Overall a good experience.
I have used your service twice now and have been completely satisfied.
