We filed a claim for medical services rendered on board ship after a COVID diagnosis. The claim was filed 4/13 following the clear instructions we received and the check was received 5/15. The whole process was simple and efficient.
I bought a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. Yet, when I filed my claim when I had to cancel my trip due to two hospitalizations with a physician's note, Seven Directions denied my claim. What is the point of buying travel insurance, especially "cancel for any reason?"
I will never use this company again. They did not honor the policy I purchased.

I added them to my WhatsApp to try to find out hiw to find a dictor in Sydney NSW and how to provide proof of insurance once i have an appt. I also need to know if a visit for a sore throat is coveref. All tjat I got was a repeated message response tjat they could not understand my question even though i worded it exactly as the had it written. I tried over and over a got the same dead end respi se. I never got any answer and dont know how to proceed.
