Our claim for trip interruption was denied. The elimination of the scheduled airline route that we booked was apparently a "foreseeable event" under this policy. This was certainly a trip interruption. Our connecting AirSwift flight was consequently missed and it's next flight two days later was full. AirSwift is the only airline that flies to El Nido, so we used the only other option available to reach our destination, forfeiting prepayment and incurring addition expenses as a result (as documented). If this claim is denied, we feel that this policy was misleading, at best.

I will be traveling to Sydney, Australia on 4/23 to 6/5/23 for
the birth of our grandson. We need a similar quote for our trip later this month

Horrible response time, poor customer service, Seven Corners does not honor their policies, Seven Corners asks for impossible and near impossible documentation to be obtained. We will not purchase a policy with this insurance company moving forward.

I have had no experience with Seven Corners except calling to say that I was unable to use their on-lime claim form as it would not go beyond the first page. I waited more than 45 minutes waiting on the phone to talk to anyone, and the person I finally reached could not answer my questions. She said she'd have someone call me back. The next day someone called and then, after hearing the problems I wasa having, sent me a different form to fill out that was not the one on the site.
Reviewing options and making a decision was fairly easy. We were able and did complete our trip as planned. We did have an accident and intend to file a claim. It is quite small compared to a similar event in the states. How SquareMouth and the underwriter handles it will determine our satisfaction with SquareMouth. We have purchased policies from them before but this is the only time we've had an incident to use it.
Ours twice regarding the claim and claim has been submitted and we have spoken to seven corners representative twice during our claimn submittal and both time the rep has benn very helpful.
I will never purchase a policy from Seven Corners again. I emailed all documentation required and they continuously asked for documentation in their possession. Their turnaround time is 90 days from filing a claim and it is now I am at the five month mark and nothing!!! Worst company! They will lag and delay with the hopes of not paying!

The square mouth web site and customer service staff were very helpful in giving us information so we could decide which insurance to purchase. Fortunately everything went well and we did not need to file a claim!
