Trying to get Seven Corners on line to see how to do claim. No one answers. Makes me wonder that no one might answer if I need approval for something on trip
The requirements for claiming money for delayed luggage are burdensome. Showing receipts and bank statements and proof from airline is not easy and we were not told this when we called the company when the luggage was delayed two days.
What can I say, we bought the policy and didn’t use it, that’s a blessing.

Eventhough we called before we were to depart to tell them we were not going because my husband was ill and went into the hospital, they would not refund any of our premium. (We only had health insurance which could not be used in the US.)

About a week and a half before we were to depart on our trip my wife fell and broke 3 ribs and punctured her lung. Needless to say we weren’t able to go on our trip. I gathered all the necessary documentation for our trip cancellation claim and submitted online. The claim was reviewed and paid in a timely manner. Really happy with Squaremouth and Seven Corners and the claims process.
