My claim #14820224 is more than a month old. It is a small straightforward claim for a covered delay. I would worry if I had a significant claim with these folks

I was very glad to have taken out a policy through Seven Corners because I unexpectedly required medical attention while on a trip to England last month, including ambulance and hospital. I have not yet received any invoices related to the experience, but expect that some will likely be sent. Upon receipt, I will determine the right course of action and probably place a claim(s).
I was injured during my trip and required emergency room services at a hospital. I reported the accident to Seven Corners by telephone, and the representative thoroughly explained the claims process and my responsibilities, timelines for filing, etc. She also emailed the forms to me. The representative was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the claims process is very straightforward. I have already recommended Seven Corners to others I know who are planning future travel. I chose Seven Corners due to their high ratings and very competitive premiums for what I consider excellent coverage.

I submitted a claim with all my receipts. It has been months and now you are asking for receipts again.
The process of getting a refund from Seven Corners is extremely cumbersome and I have been not been offered any assistance. I do hope that in the future Seven Corners will be less difficult to deal with.
It is too early for me to comment. I intend to file a claim and how it is handled will influence my opinion.
