Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
The last day of our cruise I contracted CoVid and could not return with the members (totaling six) of our group in the Ford Expedition we had rented from Montreal. Acting on the able advice of Seven Corners' 24 hour assistance, I obtained a CoVid test and confirmed I was positive for CoVid. Instead of isolating in place at a hotel away from home for five days, I rented a car and returned home independently. I immediately filed a claim with Seven Corners. I have in the interim received numerous emails from Seven Corners apologizing for the lengthy time it was taking to process the claim (rental car cost plus tolls). Seven weeks have now passed since filing the claim and it is still in process.
Easy to use. Different policies were available to purchase. Very reasonable rates.
I caught covid half way thru my 5 week trip. I have two active nursing licenses and am a. Ardiovascular and neurovascular development specialist. I called the travel agency, my hotel, seven corners, the National Health Service in Scotkand and management in my then current hotel when I tested positive on 2 different kits. I followed both the NHS guidelines for Scotland and the VDC guidelines which were the same as Scotlant for self isolation. All activities for Scotland for that period and the flight to Dubling prescheduled and paid for was cancelled as necessary. The Nhs is the predominate carrier in Scotland and I was advised b their staff to follow their guidelines. I retested on day 5 and was still positive by quick test. I also made arrangements with the help of Sheenco Travel for a PVR test which came back positive as well. 8 remained isolated for another 5 days remaining in my hotel room. The planned for Ireland trip required additional cancelation as we did not know how long I would be synymptomatic. During this ten day period I tried MULTIPLE times to contact a no. NHS physician office, who would do a telemedicine call and provide additional guidance. I informed secen corners I was told no at every turn..meaning there was either no telemedicine or if so would not deal with a COVID patient. Seven corners had 4 doctores listed in the general area of Edinborough who were on a service list for the insurance company. None would provide such a service. I remained isolated two more days bringing it up to twelve days when my symptoms subsided leaving me three days left in Scotland if I stuck to my original itinerary.of November 16 departure, tho I had to change it from an Ireland departure to Edinborough as I never made it to Dublin. I had tried to move my flight up but there was nothing abailable. But due to the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday the earliest available flight was November 22. The hotel staff at the Bonhan Hotel in Edinborough could not have been more wonderful in cRing for me and Gary at Sheenco Travel checked in on my every day. I felt very fortunate my case was not as severe as was for some especially as tho I would be hi risk in the US and would have been given anti viral meds to stops the progression of the vitus, the NHS guidelines in Scotkand provide those medications only for cancer patients or immuniologically challenged patients who require cortisone or who are impaired I was told. So I consider myself very lucky. The illness period from first symptom was October 30- November 13.
The app would only take the original email that we signed up with. I could not add a 2nd email to it. Please comment. Thank you
I am not happy with Seven Corners. I put in the claim on 8/15 and it is only for $548.88 for part of the RV we were renting and for a part of the Alaskan Railroad. We were not able to travel because my husband broke his leg and had it operated on in July. I sent Seven Corners the appropriate doctor statement, bank credit card statements, letters from the RV and Railroad company saying the down payment was nonrefundable, and have called them several times. They keep telling me that they are "backed up" and I should get a refund by the end of November. It shouldn't have taken this long! I won't be using them in the future for travel insurance! PS, maybe a call from your company could help bring our claim to completion. Our policy # is: 3RTY19-NY-102540
I called twice with minor questions, and in both cases my calls were answered quickly by knowledgeable, friendly people.
Have used this company for years. Staff very helpful and always very positive. I had to submit a claim for the first time this most recent trip. Very helpful in giving me directions on what to submit etc. So we shall see how the process goes and how fast claim is settled.

I submitted all info requested approx 90 days ago. I called twice and was told it would be 90 days until completed. Now I have received a further request to submit more info which I have done, but not pleased with request. They asked for an itinerary from the cruise line ( which had long been thrown away) and besides, what do they need that for. I manually wrote out itineraries, which is the best I could do. They also requested my credit card statement showing payment. Absolute nonsense as anyone in travel industry knows the cruise line has a credit card on file and submits bill immediately to be paid. I had previously sent itemized medical bill from cruise line and emergency room in Azores with paid receipt from the hospital and ambulance.
They have not given me a time line as to payment, just an email that they are reviewing….probably another 90 days.
I have used 7 Corners many times and been pleased with customer service in purchasing insurance, but this is my first claim and I am not satisfied at all. Would not rate them 5 stars!

It was a relatively easy process. It gave me peace of mind while traveling. I was on a cruise ship for almost a month and several people were taken off the ship by helicopter due to health emergencies.
No resolution on the travel delay claim yet.
I chose Seven Corners because they had really high reviews but I don’t see how. It is very difficult to use their portal for the claim. Then it is difficult to talk to customer service. I called today to check on my claim and they said it will be three months before I hear anything. That is horrible service.
