Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

Unresponsive to claim. By chat, I was informed they may not review our claim for 90 calendar days then they disconnected before any follow-up conversation. The process of buying is easy but filing a claim and getting any response is definitely not easy. I am very disappointed in Seven Corners.

Prior to travel, I submitted a claim. The terrorist attack in Istanbul required we adjust our travel plans. The claim was submitted 11/29/22. I am currently awaiting further information on the claim. So far customer service has been helpful. The claim process has been relatively easy as well.

I find it amazing that I can purchase travel insurance literally in about 30 minutes (max) and yet it takes 90 days for a claims agent to start reviewing my claim?!?!?!?! Yep, that's what I was told.

My wife has just recently been diagnosed with lung cancer (never a smoker) and it would be really nice to have that money back.

Is there anything you can do to expedite this claim process?

I accidentally learned of SquareMouth travel insurance on the webpage and found it very helpful . I have been using Seven Corners insurance before and found it reasonable in price as well as coverage . Thank you for giving me the choices .

I was very glad to have taken out a policy through Seven Corners because I unexpectedly required medical attention while on a trip to England last month, including ambulance and hospital. I have not yet received any invoices related to the experience, but expect that some will likely be sent. Upon receipt, I will determine the right course of action and probably place a claim(s).

I was injured during my trip and required emergency room services at a hospital. I reported the accident to Seven Corners by telephone, and the representative thoroughly explained the claims process and my responsibilities, timelines for filing, etc. She also emailed the forms to me. The representative was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the claims process is very straightforward. I have already recommended Seven Corners to others I know who are planning future travel. I chose Seven Corners due to their high ratings and very competitive premiums for what I consider excellent coverage.
