Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Claim was pretty simple to start and the instructions were good. Did receive settlement fairly quickly also.
Reviewing policy options to purchase was very easy with the information being written user friendly. Customer service provided answers to the few questions I had, confirming the options. Fortunately, our Transpacific Cruise was wonderful and we have no reason to file claims. The policy selected provided peace of mind during our trip.
We had our flight canceled the morning we were returning to the US. I could not get anyone at Seven Corners. It wasn't until we returned to the US that I was able to contract their customer service. Even then, they weren't much help. This said they were sending me the claim information so I could file, but still haven't seen it.
So far it’s been excellent. Delayed baggage returning from Munich to Ft. Myers, through Frankfurt.
Left Nov.1, bags supposed to get her on Nov.12. Our experience with Lufthansa and EuroWings has been
awful.
Great coverage, and fortunately Carol & I did not need to file any claims.
Reasonably priced coverage with good customer service. I did have medical care in London, but thanks to the UK's socialized medicine, the total bill was zero. Take a hint, America!
They give you a run around and always find a way not to reimburse you
It is far too early to provide a review. So disregard all the stars. The review will depend on how well you handle the claim, so why this review until the claim is complete? Why are you asking me if I filed a claim when you should know that by now? The review could change from 3 stars which was arbitrary to 1 star or 5 stars. Do NOT contact me by phone, please, but email is okay. BTW, your customer service by phone was fine, helpful, professional, but it takes too long to access a human being. If you have so many claims, stop complaining about it in your recorded comments to customers and hire more customer support agents so there isn’t such a long wait for service.
Still waiting for a response from Seven Corners
My trip was cancelled due to health reasons and your customer service was very helpful in assisting me.
