Seven Corners was fine. I don't know if someone reads this or not but I do have a question. My luggage got delayed at the start of the trip. I finally got it 2 days later. Should I have filed a claim? I got covid 3 days before the end of the cruise. I was confined to the cabin. Should I have filed a claim?
Just wondering what might have been covered. I travel with a change of clothes in my carry-on and Doc did not charge for tests or some cold medicine.

not happy. Due to an unexpected necessary surgery, I had to cancel my 30-day trip to Africa one month before departing. My travel agent was very responsive and efficient in canceling as much of the trip as possible. She provided the paperwork requested by Seven Corners to start the claim. The claim has been started but Seven Corners stated that they will take 90 to conclude it. This is not good business practice and I have lost all confidence that this claim will ever pay out. I am only requesting a refund which is very close to the amount I paid for the policy. We will see if Seven Corners is a trustworthy insurance company.

I submitted a claim over a month ago and have not heard from anyone.
I filed the claim on 09/30/2022 and have not heard any updates as of today 10/17/2022. I did not take the trip.
Your price was very reasonable, plus your reviews were very good.
They are behind on claims, but have communicated very well. I understand with the hurricane and shortage of workers it takes time
So far so good - there has been a bit of a delay due to the amount of claims they have been getting.
