Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
I had to call numerous times to check on the status of my “missed port claim” as it satin received stays fir two weeks. Finally it was approved.
People were nice on the phone. My first claim, about flight delays, was handled immediately.
When I got hospitalized in India, I gave policy number to the hospital who said that it was only a Guarantee and not a claim. They tried to contact the insurance company and there were no responses. Eventually I called the Insurance company who said- "many foreign countries do not deal with the company directly". They asked me to pay off and then launch a claim once back in USA. This is not satisfactory. Based on the problem and illness, it is possible that we may not have adequate funds to pay off the hospital. They must invent a method where they step in to alleviate the payment issue.
The policy has a max cover of $500,000 and no one on a leisure trip to a foreign country will have that kind of moneys available. This is a bitter finding for me.
Claim in process. Seven Corners advised will take some time to process; apologized for delay.
I cannot tell whether my claim would be approved. I could not make hhe trip because I had to have surgery. The airline issued a credit which I will not be abke to use in their allotted time frame since I am going into chemo. Can I get reimbursed for my airfare?
I filed a claim and have heard nothing.
Easy to sign up with but making a claim is more difficult
Cheapoair provider sucks. I filed claim months ago & i guess only robots work there. They leep asking for info i provided twice. Typical insurance company just denying claims to make money.

I provided materials you asked for 2 different times. Same material. All I get is a robot responding with - we will respond in 30 days. I never receive a response until I try to follow up. Then I get another robot response - we will respond in 30 days. You asked for documentation as to why the airlines was late taking off when they don't even give a reason at that point in time. The claim was closed by you folks because you never did anything. Typical insurance company collecting money & doing everything to deny a claim. I would not get travel insurance again as its a waste of money & time.
Luckily I did not need to use the travel insurance but the cost and piece of mind were worth it.
None
Buying travel insurance from you was easy. Also easy was adding an additional two days to our trip when we decided to leave the cruise early and travel to the Cinque Terre.
We had great time with no problems and no need to make a claim, but happy knowing that we were covered if we did.
