Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

Very little communication. Told it will take up to 90 days to process our claim.

I was disappointed when I needed to know the price to increase my coverage, that it was several days before I heard back.

Claim is being reviewed so I'm waiting.

The coverage looked very good and the price seemed fair.

I was surprised how long the claim review process takes. I understand the high volume of claims at this time, but three months seems a long time for processing.

Claim filed a few days ago. Too early to evaluate Seven Corners although email correspondence has been timely and satisfactory

So far, it’s been great. We had a flight delayed for 8+ hours, so we will be filing a claim.

I needed to increase coverage a couple of times, and the agent was quick and efficient on each occasion. Before departure I called to get clarification of Covid coverage, and the Customer Service rep was both patient and thorough in explaining everything, as well as pointing me to additional resources online. This was a good experience all around.

So far, My experience has been a good one.
The response was quick.
