Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Helpful backup medical coverage which, fortunately we didn't have to access.
I talked to a customer service representative prior to my trip to help me understand exactly what the policy covered, and she was very helpful and clear in her explanation.
I think that if someone cancels his trip 8 months out you should be able to cancel the policy and get a refund.
Good customer service. I'm still waiting to see if they will actually approve my claim. We had a flight cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, so ended up having to pay for a hotel and food, etc.
I'm waiting for a response from Seven Corners regarding my cancellation.
We have filed 2 claims but have not received any news regarding our claims. It's been more than 3 months now but have not heard back. I wonder if you can help us expedite our claims. So far only 1 claim number was set up for the baggage lost but not for the trip interruptions.
When I needed to adjust my travel plans prior to departure, the service representative was helpful in answering my questions.
I have not yet filed the claim, but because of the ease of purchasing the policy, I probably will use Seven Corners again.
I will be better able to provide feedback after I see how Seven Corners handles the claim for 24 hour luggage delay on arrival in Israel for 3 of the travelers and for the nightmarish return flight with 2 flight cancellations and significant out of pocket costs for 4 of the travelers.
Two of the travelers had no need to submit any claims for expense recovery and were fully satisfied with the role insurance plays. Have it and hope you don't need to use it!
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was excellent at explaining everything to me.
The Forbes website that was set up for Cruising specifically was excellent.
All very easy and straight forward.
My claim has to do with damaged luggage not Covid.
Kindest regards
