I finished filing my claim June 16. Filing it was complex and difficult. It took quite some time. The instructions were quite confusing. I did talk with some representatives several times. Then I got a notice saying due to staff shortages and covid claims, processing of the claim would be delayed. I have not heard anything from the company since.
I filed a claim and got no assistance/ response from customer services. I am not sure how it works but I was expecting to be contacted to rest assured that it is being taken care of. I am feeling neglected and not happy with the service. I will not recommend this travel insurance for any one in the future.

I had a question before my holiday and the communication was excellent.
Having had a delayed luggage issue I needed to submit a claim and this was easy, as their site was simple to navigate.
I was encouraged that after submitting my claim, that I had a response within 24 hrs, stating it was with their team and being investigated.
I am hopeful, that with the evidence I sent through, that there will be a good outcome.
its been 3 months, still no payment for our claim. its an open and shut case. Everyone is blaming help issues.
There was a small problem when I signed up for the insurance. Somehow the name I inputted for the 2nd person was wrong. A simple email corrected the mistake. Thankfully we did not need the health insurance on our overseas trip so I can't comment on payment, etc. but we definitely had peace of mind during our trip.
I needed assistance figuring out how to accurately complete the online claim form so I called in but the rep told me I’d need to wait for a call back because you rank medical claim calls first.
The people I spoke with were very helpful and it was a positive experience dealing with them.
