The travel insurance was extremely easy to purchase and very reasonable. When I requested via email whether I should file a claim, customer service responded within 48 hours and we are working on my possible claim.

Had good coverage during trip. Fortunately, did not have to file a claim. No illnesses or injuries.

I filed a claim, so I am surprised that you are now asking me if I will file a claim.

I finished filing my claim June 16. Filing it was complex and difficult. It took quite some time. The instructions were quite confusing. I did talk with some representatives several times. Then I got a notice saying due to staff shortages and covid claims, processing of the claim would be delayed. I have not heard anything from the company since.

I filed a claim and got no assistance/ response from customer services. I am not sure how it works but I was expecting to be contacted to rest assured that it is being taken care of. I am feeling neglected and not happy with the service. I will not recommend this travel insurance for any one in the future.

Did not need to use insurance but was happy to have piece of mind while traveling. Much better coverage than what I have from my job!

I had a question before my holiday and the communication was excellent.

Having had a delayed luggage issue I needed to submit a claim and this was easy, as their site was simple to navigate.

I was encouraged that after submitting my claim, that I had a response within 24 hrs, stating it was with their team and being investigated.

I am hopeful, that with the evidence I sent through, that there will be a good outcome.
