Great tools to select and compare policies
My Daughter came down with COVID 19 and we had to cancel our trip at the last minute. I immediately called Seven Corners but got put into a telephone queue. After waiting a long time, I took the option to have them call me back. It was many hours before I got a return call and unfortunately, I was not home at that time to receive it, so they left a message on my answering machine to call them back, but the number they gave me was the same number I had called originally. So, when I called back, I again got put into the unending telephone queue. Eventually they did manage to get in touch with my wife, and she asked if they could help us fill out the claim materials. They said they would have someone call her to help her file the claim. No one contacted her again.
I decided to try to file the claim myself using their web form. I uploaded all the information they requested except for a doctor's statement because my daughter got a prescription for Paxlovid from a doctor over the phone; she had not seen the doctor personally nor did she know his name. After I filed the claim electronically, I assumed I'd get a confirmation from Seven Corners that they had received it. I heard nothing. Eventually, a week to 10 days later, I checked my account with them and it said that I had no outstanding claims. I tried to contact them, but the only option was a chat robot named "Sven." Sven didn't understand or couldn't answer any of the questions I posed to him. Finally Sven turned me over to a real live chat person. She was very helpful; she confirmed that they had, in fact, received my claim, but that it hadn't been uploaded into their system yet. She assured me that once it was uploaded, it would be assigned to a claims person for evaluation. Mind you, this was a week to 10 days after I had submitted the claim and it STILL WASN'T UPLOADED INTO THEIR SYSTEM! I'm still waiting for them to get in touch with me regarding this claim.
This policy was canceled. I hope this is just a mistake and you are processing my refund. You confirmed my cancellation by email on 7-6-22. Please make sure this was canceled and the refund processed. Thank you,
I did a one star rating on service during the trip only because you required a response. I required no service during the trip, so I had nothing to rate.
I was glad Mohave the coverage in case something happened at a reasonable price. I am also glad we traveled without incident.
My flight was canceled without notice. No email, no text. I’m in the process of contacting Lufthansa to get some letter/email/text that confirms flight was canceled. Of course, Lufthansa is so busy they don’t answer the phone.
Online travel insurance shopping has never been easier.
Waiting for the results from review.
I understand it's not in your control of flight delays, but I was delayed, missed my connecting flight and lost 1 day of my 3 week hotel. I've filed a claim but nothing yet on your part. Please advise me with the latest details.
Sincerely

Had to stay overnight in Guam.
Very difficult to reach an agent. Limited communication when you are overseas. Also no feedback during claims process. Would not recommend.
