Impossible to contact your company. This policy was not what it was represented to be. No way to cancel.

I wish it was more obvious whether or not your Covid coverage included mandatory (hotel) isolation in the case of a positive test. Otherwise, the coverage document was straightforward and the purchase process was simple.

Easy application process. Initial policy issued contained errors, but Squaremouth corrected. Overall good service and competitive insurance. I would use again.

Our cruise was postponed due to covid. I contacted Seven Corners customer service department, they were so helpful. Revised my policy dates and issued an updated certificate. We did not have to file a claim thankfully, but knowing we had protection if needed was worth the cost. Which, by the way, was very inexpensive.

I made two calls to customer service prior to buying the policy in an effort to clarify some features of the coverage. There was no wait time on the telephone and the answers to my questions were clear and direct. I had no claims to submit so I cannot comment on that process, but when one can get clear and quick answers to inquiries, that it a good sign.

On 3/31 I called the 24hours help line, to cancel this insurance but the representative said I have to send an email because she doesn't deal with cancellation.

Was very easy and uncomplicated especially because we are mandated to sign up for this. Hoping that all my PII info is not compromised. This coverage is for a limited time, ends 22April 2022. Do I have to call and confirm policy is ended. There is no auto renewal I hope? Please let me know via this survey.

I’ve submitted all documents requested to Broadspire, have received confirmation that the documents downloaded. It’s been three weeks. I’ve called twice to follow up with the adjuster and have not received a call back. The online status says “documents received but not reviewed.” I’m wondering why I haven’t heard anything and why the adjuster is blowing me off. Not happy so far.

Buying travel health insurance through you was easy. My choices and costs straight forward. I traveled with the peace of mind I was well covered in case of health emergency. I will be using you for future trips. Lynn vT April 2022
