I started searching the travel insurance a few month before my trip, knowing I needed to purchase just a day before. I had some plans selected and I called a customer service line (on the phone) and inquired if those selected plans were available just before my trip. The answer was Yes and the representative said I could purchase a plan a day before my trip. The day came for me to purchase my plan and one of my favorite plans disappeared from my selected plans in the web-site, which was different info I had. Therefore in the end I had to purchase less favorite plan with more money. If I were given the correct info, I would have purchased before my favorite plan was still available. Also since I did purchase my plan in a hurry, I made a mistake on my birthdate. I could not talk to your representative to correct it. The phone rang and rang but there was no recorded messages or anything. My final resolution was calling directly to the provider. Therefore I really don't want to recommend your company to others.
Seven corners was not responsive to our request for help and guidance while we were stranded in London.
also they gave us erroneous information on our policy limits telling us we had half the coverage shown on our certificate. Also we emailed your office and did not receive a reply
Canceled policy before departing on trip.
As I filed a claim, I am waiting for the response in accepting it, before I comment on my experience.
The experience will be very good and worthy only if my claim is accepted.

Never heard anything back after claim was submitted.
Submitted on 27 December. Told I would hear back in 30 days. Silence. Now 28 February.
Customer Service was very helpful with a few questions I had before signing up. I was concerned about being covered in case I tested positive with Covid before my return trip to the U.S. and having to quarantine in Mexico for 5 days. It’s good to have peace of mind while on a trip!
I filed full claim documents immediately after having trip to Italy canceled due to positive PCR test. The operators were polite on the phone, and the directions were clear.
However, they said that, because of COVID, I might not get my claim payment for 60 days. Not a happy camper!
