Why have I not been reimbursed?
We contracted Covid at the end of our trip and had to go into quarantine which added 5 days too our stay. i contacted Seven Corners on the first day and they gave me good advice on how to proceed with our stay and how to make a claim.
I called and requested a form to file a claim, which was sent to me immediately. The form will be filed in the coming week.
More when I see how my claim for loss of items in my luggage is ejudicated.

After purchasing the policy, I called Seven Corner’s and requested a change due to leaving one day earlier than the insurance showed and everything was cleared up. We did not use the insurance but in light of the Covid pandemic, it gave us peace of mind. Than you.
Only thing that I found anywhere near an issue was the problem applying. It was not very bad but at times a bit confusing.
It is and has been a horrible experience, I will never ever do this again. I did file a claim on January 14th 2022, still nothing resolved on March 19th. Called a few times and no one can give me any answers other then it is under review. Very , very frustrating. Think how one has 10 days to purchase insurance, but have to wait months to get any answers after submitting a claim. Very frustrating.
Took a bit (~2 months) to approve my claim but ultimately I was fully reimbursed for a medical visit I had while on my trip. The claim process is tedious (you have to fill out several forms and upload them along with other documentation to the Seven Corners site) but felt relatively straightforward.
My claim paperwork required I get the doctor that saw me to fill out and sign a form. It would be helpful if you print a couple copies of the claim form in advance so in the event you have to go to a doctor, you can bring the paperwork with you for the doctor to fill out on the spot.
Overall, very happy I was reimbursed and I would purchase a Seven Corners policy again based on this experience.
I spoke with Hannah out of office hours on February 24 2022, concerning whether we could or should go ahead with trying to rejoin our holiday after my husband's recovery from Covid. She explained that the trip delay feature would allow us to purchase air fare even though it was much more than we originally had spent. She also cautioned us that this would have to be verified in a claim and that she was advising, not completing a claim. However, I appreciated the fact that the call was answered quickly, competently and helpfully, allowing us to make a decision to go ahead.
