Great experience with Tin Leg. Responsive and answered my questions.

I called on Oct 2,2023 to file a claim and spoke to Joanna at 11:15 am and she said I would receive an email with a claim number which I have not received yet. Would like to know when to expect it or a call? My email is pedalpushin@hotmail.com and my phone number is (253) 576-8136

I was very pleasantly surprised to deal with Tin Leg. I spoke with Steve in Florida who was extremely accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. I found that the policy I took out was very reasonably priced compared to other policies from other insurance providers. Plus I did not have to insure every last bit of the trip I was on as other insurance providers require. Also, the follow up regarding email confirmation was very prompt and accurate. I would definitely use them again on my next trip.

Called with a pre travel question re the coverage. Was quickly connected with a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable representative.

Online experience was efficient. Customer service response was quick to answer my questions. Overall a positive experience.

As my plans for my trip changed I no longer needed the insurance and contacted Tin Leg to cancel the insurance policy, this was done quickly and without any problem.

I have used Tin Leg in the past and will not hesitate to use them again in the future as I have found them very efficient.
