    The form that is provided to complete is not clear. It says to attach documents. But yet later, the representative informs me to send emails directly to him. I spent unnecessary time creating documents to attach to the form as instructions said.

    Very easy to purchase the policy. Staff very helpful. Did not need to use it, but felt more secure because I had the insurance. Would definitely use your services again.

    My flight was cancelled, and could not get out of area for two days. The airline offered no compensation except rebooking the flight two days later. I had to book a hotel and will be filing a claim for that.
