The form that is provided to complete is not clear. It says to attach documents. But yet later, the representative informs me to send emails directly to him. I spent unnecessary time creating documents to attach to the form as instructions said.

Like many companies out there, waiting time on line is excessive, but manageable .

Very easy to purchase the policy. Staff very helpful. Did not need to use it, but felt more secure because I had the insurance. Would definitely use your services again.

My flight was cancelled, and could not get out of area for two days. The airline offered no compensation except rebooking the flight two days later. I had to book a hotel and will be filing a claim for that.

Submitted a claim, but was able to come home on scheduled flight.

Difficult to have customer service answer a call then said they would call back. About 10 hours later got the call back. 😳

I had to change my travel dates due the Covid uptick in the UK. Asked that my policy dates could be adjusted to the new travel dates. This request was completed within 24 hours.

I didn't need to file a claim, but when I had to update my insurance coverage dates customer service was able to help me in a professional and helpful manner. 5/5 stars
