I have filed a claim with Tin Leg. I’ve been waiting for a response. The last 3 emails over a 2+ week have received no response. I won’t be using them again. I’m very disappointed with the lack of response. They’ve informed me the emails have been received and that I wound receive a response, but no updates. My claim is not at all complicated.

Had to cancel trip. member had surgery and treatment for cancer. While the claims process was tedious. I understand why the various documents are needed.

I have only communicated with them via email. They are requesting additional information at this time.

Advisor helpful when asking about amount of coverage I needed. Will use again
