As always, there is someone available to take your questions and if you are making a change, you are notified of the process and the timing and not left in the dark. I will continue using Tinleg and Squaremouth for all my travel insurance needs.

Not sure wa is going on at this point believe I've absolutely sent all relevant docs. Waiting on approval of claim so I can have American Airlines cancel my credit.

I cancelled a trip in 2023 and was able to easily move the insurance to a similar trip (same cost structure) for 2024. Staff I spoke to both when cancelling and when rescheduling were super helpful and efficient. Glad I didn't need to interact for a claim, but would expect the same level of service.

It is an easy to use website. What is covered and the costs are clear. You have flexibility with the amount of coverage.

Purchasing insurance through Tin Leg was easy and straightforward. The documents and descriptions of coverages were also straightforward and simple to read. I used customer service once to ask a question, and the answer was provided quickly and succinctly. Our trip was great and we did not have to file any claims, but having the coverage provided significant peace of mind.

It was easy to navigate and decide what policy to buy. We had to add more value to our policy as plans for our trip grew, and that was easy to do.

Would buy again. Customer service prior to my trip was excellent.
