The folks I spoke to on the phone at Tin Leg were all very nice, professional and efficient. However, I did try to contact Tinleg on Oct 17 from Brussels airport around 11 am local time [unfortunately, 5 am eastern US time] and did not get an answer from the 24 hour phone line. I understand it was early in the US, but if you define your help-line as "24/7" , then I was hoping that I would have had my phone call answered. I wanted to ask a question about our 8 hour arrival delay and later, a lost bag]

Too early to comment. I had a heart attack on the first day of our cruise and will be filing a substantial claim. I'll be happy to evaluate after my claim is paid.
October 27, 2021. The insurance contract explains the benefits, limits and conditions in a very detailed description. The customer service center is available for extended hours. The process of examining and purchasing the insurance policy was organized and easy.
So far I have only contacted to see if I could add a rental car to the policy. I was told no. But they were very pleasant. I will be filing a claim. Our luggage went missing on our return.
