We had originally purchased the travel insurances from Tin Leg for European trip. But because of pandemic, we have to cancel the trip, and Tin Leg change our policy to on hold for future use at first; after we decided for another trip, they re-active our policy for the new trip. Good customer service, easy to reach and solve the issue.

The decision and purchase process was made easy primarily because the people that I spoke with earned my immediate trust. When I considered my many options, they quickly right fitted me into the policy that was truly best for me.

We have purchased ~10 policies from Tin Leg over the last 5 years and have had 2 claims. The claims process is incredibly easy and the claims representatives are extremely helpful. At this point, we don't even shop around for other policies when we schedule an international trip - we go straight to Tin Leg.
