Fast efficient service. Pre departure modification of the policy was simple and quick. Coverage was excellent at the price point compared to other providers.

Customer service promptly replied to my inquiry regarding coverage for trip cancellation due to the potential death of a family member at home, not just issues with the travelers. I then went forward with the purchase of my policy, which had an extremely competitive price.

I purchased a policy for one day instead of for the entire time I was gone and this was corrected quickly and efficiently!

I was very pleased with the flexibility you provided as the dates of my trip kept changing. Our trip went as planned and we didn't need to file a claim, but it was reassuring to know if there had been a problem we had our policy with you to help us through.

This would have been a 5 star review except for the pushback we got when trying our trip was postponed due to covid-19. If you trip is cancelled and covered due to natural disasters, civil unrest, etc, how can a world wide pandemic be excluded just because covid 19 was not specifically listed on the the policy-(it didn’t even exist then)? If a country’s borders are closed for travel, for whatever reason, you won’t be traveling and you don’t need a travel insurance policy! The issue was finally resolved by transferring our policy to our new trip dates in 2021. However, I would have appreciated that offer from the very beginning, rather than sweating the review board process and the possibility of losing all that money, just to have to purchase another policy or chance traveling without coverage. COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on the entire travel industry - it doesn’t need any help from less accommodating travel suppliers.
