Have a very small claim for an overnight in hospital in Italy. They only billed me 165 Euros for lab tests and nothing else! But I have had trouble paying the bill so hence not made a claim yet.
The travel policy claimed covid coverage when I signed up. It was not clear what coverage was actually provided. With the Delta variant rising at my departure, I called and was told a diagnosis of covid as reason for trip interruption or cancelation would be needed. Fortunately, I did not need the coverage and my trip was completed OK. More clarity up front on this coverage would help.

It was extremely frustrating to have purchased a policy from you and then to be sent to a different company to handle the claim. Once I contacted the other company it took several days to get a response.
The woman I spoke with on the phone to purchase the policy was excellent. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very efficient.
The policy was a little expensive but it did give me peace of mind in case anything went wrong.
