    Due to Covid 19 my trip from June 2020 was changed to June 2021. Tin Leg was very helpful and
    extended my coverage to the new trip dates. I felt very secure with my coverage.

    My baggage was delayed on return to Nashville and one bag lost. You do not cover that. I will seek a company that does in the future.

    I found TinLeg very easy to deal with. I had to make a change in my policy and they were very helpful. The price is reasonable and I have already recommended them to a friend.

    We could not be happier with the service we received from Tin Leg -- our flight was cancelled several times and the dates of our trip were changed at least twice. Each time, your representatives took care of the change immediately. When we needed one additional piece of COVID coverage documentation, they delivered immediately. Although we (fortunately) had no need for our coverage while overseas, we would definitely use Tin leg again.

    When my sister needed emergency surgery and the hospital in Mexico was going to cancel it, Tin Leg pre authorized the surgery and she was a day from her intestines performing and dying! A life was saved, You all were friendly and made us feel like we had a partner while abroad. I am telling everyone to purchase travel insurance. She was extremely healthy and this could happen to anyone. Without it, the hospital was going to put her out.

    Good policy and customer service. They answered all my questions and were able to extend our policy to the following year (our trip was postponed one year due to COVID) I would recommend this insurance for your more expensive trips.

    The Tin Leg associate was very professional. She helped me choose a policy that suited me. I purchased it more than a year before the trip, so I didn’t have firm dates at the time. She helped me figure out the details of the policy even though I didn’t have solid travel dates at the time of purchase.
    Unfortunately, COViD forced me to cancel the trip. Luckily I was able to cancel the trip early enough to be able to receive a refund from the travel company.

    All good with Tin Leg I have called several times on other trips policies before have resolved my concerns have given me credit vouchers (due to all this uncertainties covid-19 government restrictions)
