I had a problem purchasing the policy online, but I was able to get an agent on the phone who signed me up while I was on the phone. I appreciated the assistance.

We filed a medical claim due to an accident that happened while we were away. So far, everything has gone very smoothly, will review once claim has been processed.

Tin Leg was very accommodating when we switched our trip from 2020 to 2021. The only reason we contacted them again before our departure was because we shortened the number of travel days. We wanted to be sure everything matched. The call took about 5 minutes and an updated policy was e-mailed immediately. We have used Tin Leg for many trips and they always deliver great service.

Trip was cancelled and fully refunded...I assumed my trip protection (even if not used) was not refundable.

Very good experience. Didn't need to file a claim, so can't comment on how that process would have run.
