Our original cruise/trip scheduled for us to leave 4/28/21 was cancelled. We have an identical replacement cruise scheduled for next year about the same time and you transferred the insurance at the same cost for the cancelled cruise to the one we will be taking in 2022.
Therefore, we do not need any reimbursement, we will be using your insurance for our rescheduled trip.

Tinleg was super easy to work with given the policy was purchased before the pandemic and we had to change plans at least three times even when I forgot to update the dates they took care of everything for me. Super happy with the service

I have purchased trip insurance a number of times. Never had an issue nor a claim... until this time. I could not take my trip due to personal reasons which covered by my policy. Very glad I had insurance and Tin Leg was easy to deal with and quickly processed my claim without any unreasonable hassles. Thus my 5 stars. Will buy again for future trips.

Due to Covid we needed to delay our trip to Mexico. I called your customer service and, rather than filing a claim to cancel and then reissue another request, it was in both parties best interest to just move the same coverage to our new trip dates.
