Great experience. We had to cancel our Cruise due to an illness of my wife 8 days before our scheduled departure. Tin Leg was very responsive and the claim process was clear and professionally handled at every step. I was expecting a lot of red tape in the process, but was pleasantly surprised that upon the day after the submission of our doctor's statement and our submission of prepaid non-refundable expense documentation, our claim was approved. I was very impressed with the whole Tin Leg process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Tin Leg for insuring your travel experience.

Tin Leg was amazing. My husband became very ill and was hospitalized a few days before the start of our trip. I contacted Tin Leg customer service and explained my husband was critically ill. I said I was in no position to deal with anything, but wanted to let them know I would be filing a claim in the future. They were very compassionate and said all was good and to get back to them when the time was good. When I was able to talk, I was asked a few questions in the interview, asked to email a few receipts, and a few hours later I received an email that my check had been sent. I will definitely be using Tin Leg when we are able to rebook.
