We are so impressed with the underwriters/Tin Leg reps and their “can do (or we’ll figure it out!)” attitude & assistance. Six months after purchasing a policy for 2 individuals, we had to change travel dates for both individuals...who were now traveling on separate schedules, but ending up in the same location. Tim Leg worked with us to revise our dates and make sure we were covered, and it ended up not costing us a dime more. Thanks Tin Leg...love the great service so much that we intend to use you again on our big trip to Patagonia in 2019!

I bought this insurance after comparing them to many other plans. It seemed the right choice for my family's plans. The unexpected happened and my husband was injured in Jamaica. I emailed Tin Leg and their 24 hour response team contacted me right away. They. Encouraged me that everything would be fine. We got treatment and x-rays. The response team representative, Adrina, stayed in contact with me and even stayed in touch while I went through the claims process. I will defidently buy a squaremouth plan again.

The real test in working with any insurance company is when you need to file a claim. Buying a policy is easy and stress-less. As I didn't need to file a claim, I won't know how good or bad working with your company really is.
