the web site was easy to use and understandable[not legal jargon] It was easy to add to the policy as we added additional legs to our trip

My trip was interrupted for medical reasons. I call Tin Leg, and they sent me the necessary forms that have to be completed. I am waiting for the physician's response, and then I will file the claim.

Too difficult to add additional coverage to existing policy each and every time more coverage was needed.

Closest to the coverage I needed. You should design a policy more specific to renting someone's house.

Policy was very easy to understand, with clear single sheet summary and access to other info (i.e. definitions, terms). Customer service was good - got a human on the phone quickly who promptly answered questions. I would recommend them...I've used TinLeg more than once.

I chose this rating based on my pre-travel experience with the staff and the ease of purchasing the insurance. I will highly recommend travel insurance to other travelers.

My trip was cancelled by the tour company due to insufficient number of travelers. The policy had no provision for this, so my claim was denied. I think that cancellation by tour company should be part of every policy, even if the cancellation is not due to weather, political unrest etc.
