I had good experience with Tin Leg and dealing with the customer service regarding my claim.
I heard good comment about this insurance company prior to my purchasing the policy and my comments did not change after purchasing the policy. I definitely recommend it to my friends
The only comment I would like to mention is that it takes some time to respond to the claim. As of now I did not collect on the claim. You might have good reason for the delay

Totally incompetent

My claim was handled expeditiously and fairly. Very impressed at the outcome. 5 stars all round.

Filed a claim as my traveling companion who was insured with a different company had medical emergency preventing the trip. The claim was handled efficiently and processed quickly .

They were very slow answering. They gave almost no information. They provided no help with the hospital or my travel home. I was left on my own

The purchase was easy and provided good peace of mind. Since we had no issues that would result in a claim I have no idea how that would have gone, but all communications indicates that it would be a smooth process.

It was reassuring to have this coverage. Fortunately I did not need it, so I cannot say how straightforward it would have been to file a claim for reimbursement. The people to whom I spoke before buying the policy were very helpful, and seemed informed.
