This is the second time I have purchased a policy from Tin Leg. I never plan on having to file a claim, but it is nice to know one is covered while traveling. Customer Service was helpful in helping me determine which policy to buy.

Second time I've purchased insurance with TinLeg and second time I've incurred minor claims on two extensive and lengthy trips! Both claims were handled professionally and expeditiously! My phone "interviews" provided an excellent platform to personally discuss all details as to why claim was being filed and details of items needed to submit. Most recently I worked with Adam Rusin who handled TinLeg's process perfectly!

I missed the fine print, that you don't offer insurance for losses related to losing my ATM card. So my policy couldn't help me with this. I will read the policy more closely next time.

The Tin Leg customer reps were able to quickly answer my questions about coverage for potential need to abort or cut my trip short because of health problems of my brother in law.
