I can give a more insightful review after the claim process is complete.

Seting up appointments is very straight forward ... but to ask questions via email is a black hole

I had entered wrong info, called them and they corrected it right away

Very easy procedure to obtain insurance. Felt very comfortable traveling out of the USA knowing I had this insurance coverage.

The only interaction I had was signing up for the policy. The process was fast, good communication and employees were very knowledgeable plus the price was good.

My gallbladder decided I was NOT to take the trip. I received my full insurance amount. The site was easy to use and the customer service rep knowledgable and helpful. Thank you.

I needed dental care during my trip and emailed customer service about my coverage and received an immediate response. Very helpful. Will buy this coverage again!

I had a possible trip cancelation because of a jury duty summons. I was surprised that it was not a covered situation. I guess I need to read the policy coverage better. Jury call was cancelled so I made my trip.
