We have used Squaremouth for several years to find top rated travel insurance at a good price. The search has always been easy and the prices very reasonable. This is the first time we have made a claim and while it is not completely settled, Tin Leg has made the process simple and has already made a partial settlement for the Trip Interruption portion of our claim. The remaining claim is for Medical Expenses and we are waiting for my primary insurer to settle so that Tin Leg can pick up any remaining expenses. All in all, a very good experience.

The entire process was easy, start to finish. I did my homework upfront, so was already convinced that Tin Leg's coverage was best for my needs and the best buy for us.

Good price for peace of mind. After purchasing my insurance I was quite pleased to learn that five months later as my trip became more finalized I was able to add an unexpected additional expense to my policy quite easily.

I was not happy to see that the level of medecal insurance coverage was greatly reduced while the cost was increased. This was important to me as I am over 65 and have Medicare insurance which doesn’t cover me outside the US.

I had to amend my travel dates and customer service was responsive and prompt.

Emergency assistance number worked well from Europe and responded effectively to the issue at hand

I had no issues with the customer service department when I purchased my policy. They were informative and courteous. I did mention this company to several people on my trip and hopefully they will consider next time they travel. Since I did not need to make a claim I can not comment , but would hope to expect the same professional treatment as when I purchased the policy.
