Our baggage was delayed by more than 24 hours and we finally had to go to the airport in Glasgow to retrieve it as neither United or BA could get it together to get it to us.
I called Tin Leg and they were helpful but I realized that this was not going to be much of a claim, so I went on with our trip. Tin Leg has been exceptional in following up with me about my claim call. I will be having a interview with them in 2 days to review the claim.

I had a very small claim that I was going to forget but Squaremouth and Tinleg pestered me to file. The process was easy and the claim was paid right away.
The day before departure hurricane Lesley decided to move towards are destination in Portugal so I called the customer service center for clarification of coverage. The agent was helpful and knowledgeable. She reassured us that we were indeed covered and if it became necessary the procedure for making a claim. The hurricane eventually shifted course and are trip was uneventful. Traveling again in January and will be booking through you and with Tin Leg.
I chose Squaremouth because the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip because my husband had to have back surgery. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to file a claim and how quickly it was settled. I told my travel agent about Squaremouth and she will be recommending it to her other clients.
Found the coverage very good and the prices reasonable. The process was quick and easy.
