I was forced for medical reasons to cancel this trip three days prior to departure. I contacted Tin Leg immediately but was referred to their claim processing contractor. I submitted all the necessary information which had to be uploaded individually even though I had scanned all the documents in one file. My claim is still pending review.

She was already checking out so didn't need assistance moving nor did she need medical attention. So she had no eligible claims but your customer service offered "concierge" service to help arrange for her clothes to be laundered at her next hotel. This was a very nice touch going above and beyond the "contract". Great job! We will use you all for our future travel needs!

Called the Squaremouth international number, advised of my problem, and was told to go to the Russian clinic for treatment and file a claim upon my return. Everything went smoothly. Filing the claim was easy, and I am now awaiting action upon it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

My experience with Tin Leg was nothing short of superlative. As soon as I made the initial contact to make the claim, I received a call from an agent who was very professional and helpful, and assisted me in filling out the form and advising what backup documents were required. Within a couple of days after I faxed the information to the company, I received an email that my claim had been approved. The check came shortly thereafter. I recommend this company without reservation.

Talked with customer service to make sure it was covered. Waiting on credit card statement for all of my receipts. Customer service was very helpful.
