    I really like that your rates and the many options are very competitive and generally better than the tour/cruise companies offer. I also love your policy to mediate disputes. I recommend you to other travelers as my past experiences with your service have been very positive.

    No contact during trip but question that I emailed at conclusion of trip was promptly responded to.

    Unfortunately, my problem (no passport) wasn’t covered by the policy so I was unable to claim any reimbursement for the missed trip. A costly lesson

    i filed a claim for lost luggage, the customer service rep was very helpful, fortunately my bag turned up after 4 days and all ended well as the incident occurred on our way home and not starting our trip.

    I DID NOT HAVE TO UTILIZE THE INSURANCE SO FOR ME THAT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. HAD I TO FOR ANY REASON COVERED I WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE MORE VALUABLE INFORMATION BASED UPON THE EXPERIENCE

    The service was great. There was a time when I would not need to purchase travel insurance; but that time is now gone. It was not difficult for me to find the coverage that I needed and at a reasonable price.

    I left my camera in our hotel room in Casablanca, Morocco as we were leaving for the airport (to fly home to NYC) at 4:00am.

    When I discovered the loss, I contacted the hotel to learn that they had secured the camera but they were unable to send the camera to me in NYC because Moroccan law

    I cannot rate this insurance company because I am fortunate not to have to file a claim. Squaremouth always leads me to the best coverage for my journeys, and I appreciate their expertise and patience. I have recommended a Squaremouth to many friends, and will continue to do so in the future.
